Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within Canada only.

Production time. Every item is made to order. Allow 2–5 business days for printing before your order ships. Hats can take slightly longer.

Delivery time. Once shipped, most Canadian orders arrive in 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Rural and remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Orders over $69 CAD ship free. The free-shipping offer applies automatically once your qualifying subtotal reaches $69 and can't be combined with other shipping offers.

Multiple items. Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. You'll get tracking for each shipment.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as each parcel ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable Canadian taxes are added at checkout.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you; reshipping costs may apply.
