Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of okanagansupply.com and to every purchase you make from Okanagan Supply Co. ("we", "us"), operated by Sean McHaffie as a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders and acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item being unavailable, and we'll refund any amount paid.
2. Pricing and payment. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers.
3. Made-to-order products. Items are printed or embroidered to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Small variations in print placement are normal.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
5. Discount codes. Codes are one-per-order unless stated, can't be combined with other discounts, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Intellectual property. All designs, logos, text, images and other content on this site belong to Okanagan Supply Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. "Okanagan Supply Co." and our logos are our marks; no licence to use them is granted by these terms.
7. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraud.
8. Product information and reviews. We try to keep descriptions, sizing and images accurate but don't guarantee they are error-free. Reviews are collected through Judge.me and reflect the opinions of customers.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Third-party services. The store relies on third parties (Shopify, Printify and its production partners, carriers, payment processors). We aren't responsible for their independent acts, but we'll help resolve any issue with your order.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
